Whether the PDF has changed since it was signed.

The signing organization and its current ProofCert recognition status.

Whether the credential is valid, expired, or revoked when checked.

- When available, the Polygon batch containing the credential hash.

- The uploaded PDF is processed for this check and is not retained.
Scope and trust materials
ProofCert evaluates documents against its own trust system. This is separate from recognition through Adobe AATL or another external PDF trust list.
The ProofCert Trust Center publishes the root certificate, verification rules, status definitions, and limits of blockchain timestamp evidence.
